Tokei API key (starts tokei_k_). Create one at tokei.io -> Dashboard -> Settings -> API Keys. Read-only keys cover every read command; write access is opt-in.
TOKEI_API_URL
Override the API base URL. Defaults to https://tokei.io; rarely needed.
